Assigned Parking Spaces Each homeowner is assigned two parking spots (typically a personal driveway and an additional assigned space). These are for the exclusive use of the respective homeowner and their immediate household.
Private Disputes Over Assigned Spaces The HOA does not intervene in disputes between homeowners involving the use of assigned parking spaces.
The HOA will not tow vehicles from assigned spots due to parking disputes between neighbors.
Homeowners are expected to resolve such matters privately.
Vehicle Condition Requirements (All Areas) The HOA reserves the right to tow any vehicle from any parking space, including assigned spaces, if the vehicle:
Does not have valid and up-to-date registration tags
Is in disrepair (e.g., flat tires, visible damage, non-functioning)
Is undergoing repairs in common or visitor areas
Visitor Parking Enforcement HOA rules are actively enforced in all visitor parking areas.
Only short-term guests may use visitor spaces.
Vehicles violating condition rules or overstaying will be subject to immediate towing at the owner’s expense.
Visitor parking is limited to 24–48 hours per guest vehicle.
Up to 72 hours may be allowed for holidays or special visits.
Stays longer than 3 days require prior written approval from the HOA.
Resident Parking in Visitor Spaces Prohibited Homeowners, tenants, and other residents are not permitted to park in visitor spaces under any circumstances. These spaces are reserved strictly for non-resident guests.
