A board meeting is a scheduled session where the association’s elected directors discuss and decide on community matters; members (non-board homeowners) DO NOT VOTE but may provide feedback to the board.
Meeting Schedule
The board meets every other month on the third Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM. These meetings are a great opportunity to discuss community updates, address concerns, and collaborate on future projects.

Guidelines for non-board Members
- Remain Respectful: Address others politely and stick to the issues.
- Speak When Recognized: During the homeowner comment period or if the chair invites input.
- Stay on Topic: Focus on the agenda items or relevant community concerns.
- Mind Time Limits: Each speaker may have a set time to ensure everyone can participate.
- Avoid Personal Disputes: Private matters or personal conflicts should be addressed outside the formal meeting.
